Minors-Frequently Asked Questions (Lincoln)
If I am under 18, can I still register?
Yes, you can register if you are under 18. Your parent/guardian will also have to register AND attend Brick Days with you. LEGO bricks are generally a toy for kids, and Brick Days is NOT a babysitting service. So, regardless, of your maturity level, for liability reasons, those under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Should minors register as Guest Builders?
If the minor will be displaying their creations and filling out his Profile form themselves, then they MUST add a parent/guardian’s name and order number in the appropriate spot .
Should the parent/guardian register as Guest Builder?
Unless the parent/guardian is displaying alone side or with the minor, they DO NOT need to register unless the minor is of an age where they can not fill out the Profile form themselves..
Is the parent/guardian included with the paid registration for the minor?
No, the parent/guardian registration is NOT included as part of the minor Guest Builder registration. A separate Weekend Pass must be purchased for each parent/guardian/family member attending.
Will my minor be allowed to roam free to interact with Brick Days activities?
No. All minors under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian with them at all time. Brick Days or any entities associated with Brick Days will not be held responsible for anything that happened to an unattended minor. We want everyone to have fun but Brick Days is not a day camp.
